Major economic publishers were invited to exhibit books and computer software during the Congress. Participants were invited to visit the Padiglione delle Capriate, where the exhibition was held, at the centre of the Congress venue on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore. The exhibition provided visibility to the exhibiting publishing houses but also gave the participants the opportunity to pursue the most important and recent publications in their work field taking advantage of the discounts offered by the publishers.
