It is the Congress Organisers pleasure to invite all participants and registered accompanying persons to share in this exceptional occasion, a wine tasting exhibition organised by the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei and Superwhites Srl, in collaboration with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and ERSA- the Local Authority for the Promotion and Development of Agriculture.
Superwhites srl is an Italian company which has brought together 39 of Friuli Venezia Giulia's most precious white wine cellars to rediscover the flavours of home grown regional wines.

Beneath the shaded area of the Chiostro dei Cipressi, you will be given the chance to taste more than 50 types of the best white wine produced within the Friuli Venezia Giulia area, discussing the distinguishing qualities of each wine with the producer himself.

Accompanying this spectacular occasion, a gastronomic table in which you may sample a selection of regional Cheese and San Daniele smoked trout and ham and the famous Caviar of Friuli - trout eggs, a perfect appetiser to the evenings' entertainment.

The Superwhites Wine Exhibition will also provide an internet service for all those wine lovers who wish to buy this remarkable wine on-line, having it sent directly to their home address within 48 hours of ordering. A truly outstanding celebration of Friuli Venezia Giulia wines of the most important area for white wines!
