All of the participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to partake in the ESEM Social Dinner. This social event takes place on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Congress venue. A full buffet dinner is served in the beautiful park surrounded by the Venice lagoon. At the conclusion of the buffet, participants may stroll through the park to the Teatro Verde. An open-air theatre, overlooking the lagoon which was modelled on Greek and Roman Theatres where an exclusive spectacle of music and dance organised by the Venice Biennale, is performed for this exceptional occasion.

The Congress Organisation has the pleasure of introducing the Nueva Compañia Tangueros, a 4 piece dance group accompanied by the atmospheric music of the Sexteto Canyengue. The Tangueros, hailing from Argentina pursue more than 100 years of history of Tango in this seductive, arousing performance, choreographed by Mariachiara Michieli. The CATALOGO TANGUEROS therefore, is not only a true act of love, highlighting the recognisable style and legendary interpretation of Tango, but a research project into the origins of the most famous human partnership. This exceptional encounter, together with the suggestive backdrop of the Teatro Verde, is certainly not to be missed.
