The Inaugural China Meeting of the Econometric Society will take place in Beijing, China, from June 14 to June 16, 2013. It will be the first of such meetings, to be held in China on a regular basis, to promote academic exchanges between scholars in greater China and the West.
The program will consist of invited and contributed papers. The Presidential Address will be given by James J. Heckman (University of Chicago). Authors are encouraged to submit papers in theoretical and applied research in economics and in econometrics. The Program Committee (Chaired by Ho-Mou Wu, Peking University) accepts submissions of electronic manuscripts.
